Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Atapata, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Atapata.

2. The Service

Atapata provides digital business card creation, sharing, and contact management for individuals and professionals. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any changes that materially affect how you use the service.

3. Your Account

• ·You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
• ·You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• ·You must be at least 13 years old to use Atapata.
• ·One person may not maintain multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• ·You must notify us immediately at noreply@atapata.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Atapata to:

• ·Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications to other users.
• ·Impersonate another person, organisation, or entity.
• ·Upload or share illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content.
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the service.
• ·Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service.
• ·Circumvent any technical measures we use to restrict access.
• ·Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Your Content

• ·You retain ownership of all content you create on Atapata — your cards, contact notes, photos, and voice memos.
• ·By using the service, you grant Atapata a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and to the people you choose to share with.
• ·You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos, logos, or other content you add to the service.
• ·You may delete your content at any time. Deleting your account removes all your content permanently.

6. NFC Card Orders

• ·NFC card orders are custom-engraved with your name and details. Orders become non-refundable once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation).
• ·Delivery estimates of 5–7 business days are approximate and not guaranteed.
• ·Atapata is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.
• ·If you receive a damaged or incorrectly engraved card, contact us at noreply@atapata.app within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.
• ·We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

7. Payments

• ·All payments are processed by Safepay. Atapata does not store or have access to your payment card details.
• ·Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• ·We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice via the app or email.
• ·In the event of a billing error, contact us at noreply@atapata.app and we will investigate promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Atapata is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atapata and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Termination of your account ends your licence to use the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
