Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Atapata digital business cards are a free digital service. There is no charge for creating or sharing digital cards, therefore no refund applies to the digital service.

2. Physical NFC Card Orders

NFC card orders are custom-engraved products. Because each card is personalised with your name and designation, we are unable to accept returns on correctly fulfilled orders.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • ·The card arrives damaged or defective.
  • ·The engraving contains an error that differs from what you submitted in your order.
  • ·The card is lost in transit and not delivered within 14 business days of the shipping notification.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement:

  • ·Email support@atapata.app within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • ·Include your order number (found in the app under Settings → My Orders).
  • ·Attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect card.
  • ·We will respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Replacement cards are dispatched within 3 business days of approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@atapata.app with your order number. After 2 hours, production may have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
